Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We value your commitment to your coaching journey and appreciate your understanding of the following policy designed to respect both your time and ours: Rescheduling: Each booked session may be rescheduled once at no additional cost, provided that notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Please contact your assigned coach to request a reschedule. Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. No-Shows: Failure to attend a session without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. Late Arrivals: Sessions will end at the scheduled time even if you arrive late, to respect the following client’s appointment. No extensions or refunds will be granted for missed time. Coach Cancellations: In the rare event that your coach must cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a new session time or a full refund.
