Paul Maltby

A coach, facilitator, speaker, and author, he discovered his passion for developing others while overcoming his own fear of public speaking as a young Management Consultant.
For over twenty years, Paul has led hundreds of events for more than 10,000 people worldwide from Graduates to C-Suite Executives, helping them strengthen leadership, relationship building, communication, influence, teamwork, and facilitation skills.
He is a certified coach, as well as an experienced practitioner across multiple development frameworks, including Whole Brain Thinking.
His experience ranges from being a Chartered Accountant at Rolls-Royce Aero Engines Ltd to being a Management Consultant and trainer at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and IBM Consulting.
Paul lives in the UK with his wife, Emma, and has two children, Thomas and Poppy, who keep him grounded—and remind him his jokes are not that funny!

Professor Keith Burgess
A leadership and business skills specialist who empowers professionals and teams to reach their potential and drive meaningful impact. Also a business school professor, trainer, facilitator and coach, Keith discovered his passion for developing others through his extensive career across business, consulting, academia and executive education.
For over a decade he led training and mentoring programmes at IBM Consulting — guiding participants from graduate-level through to Executive Partner — and helped senior leaders sharpen their management consulting, leadership, project-management and business-transformation skills.
As a Nottingham University Business School Professor of Practice, he brings real-world insight into higher education: mentoring students and local businesses, shaping and delivering business skills workshops and project-management courses for students and business leaders, and leading MBA leadership-development initiatives.
Keith brings practical experience to help individuals and organisations build leadership, business, and project-management capabilities — transforming potential into performance. He is a certified Proreal coach and Whole Brain Thinking practitioner.
Keith lives in the UK East Midlands with his wife Angela who is a Samaritans volunteer, and two barking-mad dogs.

Through his interventions, Mihai helps professionals in organisations to communicate and connect efficiently and effectively. He specialises in helping professionals to build an executive presence, develop solid relationships and master the art of selling.
As a certified emotional culture practitioner, he firmly believes that lasting transformation in organisations occurs when we address profound themes like emotional culture, resilience, belonging and vulnerability—all of which are integral to his learning interventions.

Away from work, Mihai is passionate about travel and skiing. He is happiest when he can combine both of these.
