Service Description
As a leader, driving a team in a meeting or workshop setting can be challenging. You're focused not only on the content but you're also trying to drive the process, manage the time, trying to avoid those 'rabbit hole' discussions as well as dealing with any difficult behaviours.
As an experienced facilitator, I can take that load off you, allowing you to work alongside your team to reach your event goals in a calm, structured and productive way.
Cancellation Policy
Facilitation Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We value your commitment to your Event and appreciate your understanding of the following policy designed to respect both your time and ours:
Rescheduling:
Each booked session may be rescheduled once at no additional cost, provided that notice is given at least 30 days before the scheduled session date. No rescheduling permitted within 30 days of the scheduled session date.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the session are non-refundable.
Facilitator Cancellations:
In the rare event that your facilitator must cancel or reschedule, you will be either be offered a new facilitator to ensure your event goes ahead as planned or a full refund.
