Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We are committed to supporting your needs and appreciate your understanding of the following policy designed to respect both your time and ours: Rescheduling: In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel a booked session, it would be appreciated if you can give at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Please contact Paul Maltby at paul@paulmaltby.com or text on +44 77 111 75 321. Late Arrivals: Sessions will end at the scheduled time even if you arrive late, to respect the following client’s appointment. Advisor Cancellations: In the rare event that your advisor must cancel or reschedule, you will be contacted and offered a new session time.
